EWAPS stands for European Workshop of Advanced Plastic Surgery and had been established in 1986 by 5 plastic surgeons: Dr. C. Oppikofer (Switzerland), Dr. T. Modschiedler (France), Dr. G. Zöch (Austria), Dr. Günter Germann (Germany) and Dr. R. de Roche (Switzerland).

Members are invited by colleagues of the same country with a maximum number of five per nation and must be younger than 50 years at admission.

Each participant will discuss about clinical cases that can be presented as

• "My original technique"
• "My worst experience"
• "Ideas and Innovations"
• "Follow up".
