Welcome to Ewaps homepage, 23th annual workshop.

I am honored to host you again in Switzerland for a particular meeting that will blend a scientific program and a sport session. In Zermatt you can try a lot of winter sports aside from skiing of course.
Zermatt, with its wind-protected southern location, embraces three skiing areas which enjoy superb snow conditions and the longest skiing season in the Alps. The 313 km of ski runs include slopes ranging from the simplest to the most challenging. After some dicussions, I have decided to organize the scientific part in the morning and the ski session in the afternoon. One important thing is that the congress will last from Monday to Friday but you absolutely have to book your room at the Alex Hotel from the Saturday January the 31 th to the Saturday February 7th, because every hotel in Zermatt only accept reservation of one full week in the winter season (we speak of Zermatt of course, one of the best ski resort in the world...!) It is possible to arrive on Sunday the 1st of February if you ask when booking your room.
For the scientific program it is tradition now that every participant must bring at least two(2) personal presentations, presented as "Cry for help", "My original technique", "My worst experience","Ideas and Innovations" and "Follow up". Every topic is welcome on reconstructive and aesthetic surgery.

For the social program, my team and I will do our best to make your journey very rich and interesting with nature, culture and gastronomy as themes.
Please think about sending your abstracts and make sure to book your room in time (the hotel can keep the contingent of rooms just only until the beginning of November). And it is very difficult (almost impossible) to find vacant rooms in Zermatt in this time of year.
